Welcome to the Office of Student Affairs’ Residency Application Tracking Tool. We created the Tracking Tool to facilitate timely communication with your FSA and OSA Dean around interviews, so they can better advise you during the residency application cycle. Your use of this tool is entirely voluntary.

If you choose to participate, you then authorize your FSA’s and OSA Dean’s access to your page. You will find the programs you applied to listed. As you receive and accept invitations for interviews, you check off the appropriate boxes. You may also want to keep track of how each program will be ranked, as a work sheet and add your final rank order if you wish.
