- Individuals who do not know their assigned Boston University ID (BUID – such as U12345678) will first need to contact the Human Resources (HR) Service Center at (617) 353-2380.
- Individuals who know their BUID can contact Information Systems and Technology (IS&T), either via email (ithelp@bu.edu) or phone (617) 353-4357. Those who email should provide their BUID or IS&T will not be able to assist. IS&T can re-enable the pin associated with the link in the original email, which can then be used to create the individual’s BU account.
